Our Green Initiative
Powered by a solar energy system comprising over 1,000 photovoltaic panels, we are significantly reducing our carbon footprint by decreasing reliance on non-renewable energy sources, lowering greenhouse gas emissions, and promoting a more sustainable manufacturing process.
Smart Ink Practices
In printing operations such as flexo and gravure, some inks used are mixed with solvents. Through our recycling process, the solvent-ink mixture is distilled, producing solvent vapors that are condensed and collected as clean, reusable solvent, which are used to clean presses, rollers, and other equipment. This process ensures efficient solvent recovery and significantly reduces hazardous waste.
Eco-friendly Manufacturing
All production waste is repurposed into recycled polymers, which are then distributed to manufacturers for reusable applications across various industries. Our operations are powered by photovoltaic (PV) panels, and we offer designated EV charging stations on-site. These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to sustaining a healthy environment for both people and the planet.
